Training Consultations

Every active person knows that it’s normal to sometimes lose focus or clarity about where their program is heading. Even the most experienced athletes often need help to redefine their goals or adapt their regimen to new personal objectives. If we’re not getting the results we’re striving for, perhaps we’re not doing what’s necessary.

Training consultations are one-off sessions, most often online, where I help active individuals adapt their regimen in connection with some change or shift in their initial goal. Interrupting physical activity can be caused by various reasons, but it is most often experienced as the loss of an important part of oneself. If the reasons are more of a psychological nature, then the approach is different. When you systematically interrupt your training regimen, a more structured approach is needed, such as the personal transformation program.

Training consultations

Training consultations are a way to quickly and adequately find answers to your questions about the program you’re following, without permanently interrupting your training regimen. Here, we rely on your personal experience and knowledge for independent work, and the consultations focus on what you train.

Improving and optimizing your training regimen is an integral part of athletic development, and it’s good for this to happen strategically, purposefully, and in a planned manner. And to see the expected results realized, skills and knowledge for transforming habits, techniques, and tools are needed.
