My Story
I wasn’t always in this role. Before becoming a sport psychologist, I walked a long path of transformation myself. As an entrepreneur with three brands, an active person, and a father of two, I had to learn the hard way what it means to build a sustainable routine in the chaos of daily life.
I realized the problem was never the training program. The problem was the way I thought about myself, about effort, about change. Training became a normal part of my life only when the transformation became psychological , not just physical.
Today, I help athletes and active people do the same: stop relying on motivation and build an identity where movement is the norm, not the exception. My approach is “Psychology First” , the mind commands the body.
How I Work
My approach is integrative , I combine evidence-based methods from several schools to work with the whole person, not just an isolated symptom:
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , for identifying and changing the thought patterns that sabotage behavior. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) , for working with irrational beliefs. Stoicism and logotherapy , for focus on what’s controllable and the search for meaning. Somatic awareness and mindfulness , for stress recognition and emotional regulation.
At the core is the The Blueprint of the Athlete system , a framework that profiles each client across four dimensions: motivation, competitive style, cognitive approach, and social interaction. Because two athletes with identical physical abilities have fundamentally different mental needs.
