My approach is integrative — I combine Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Stoicism, and Logotherapy with body awareness and mindfulness. Every process is fully personalized — according to your motivation, athletic experience, and lifestyle.
