Many of my clients come for the sport, but stay for life. The tools that work on the field , cognitive restructuring, working with beliefs, body awareness, searching for meaning , work everywhere. Because the psychological mechanisms are the same, whether the block is in the gym or in life.
This page is for people who don’t come because of sport. You don’t need to train to work with me. You need a willingness to look inward and a desire for something to change.
Who Is This Service For
I work with people who function , but don’t feel good about the way they function. This is not clinical therapy. I don’t treat disorders. I work with potential and with the blocks that prevent you from realizing it.

Chronic stress, decisions under pressure, perfectionism, inability to “switch off.” The tools of CBT and Stoicism were created precisely for these situations , separating the controllable from the uncontrollable, managing catastrophic thinking, building resilience.

Career change, a new role (parent, manager), loss of direction, the feeling of “what’s the point.” The logotherapeutic approach and Stoic reflection help you find new meaning when the old one no longer works.

You can’t stop because the inner voice says “you need to do more.” Body awareness helps you recognize stress before it becomes a crisis. REBT works with the beliefs that make you overload yourself. Stoicism provides a framework for acceptance and choice.

You know what’s right, but you don’t do it. You start and stop. Motivation comes and goes. We work with the thought patterns that sabotage your efforts and build an identity that doesn’t depend on mood.
Important Boundary
If you have a clinical diagnosis (depression, anxiety disorder, PTSD) or need psychiatric help, I will refer you to an appropriate colleague. I work with potential and blocks, not with pathology. This boundary is important , for you and for me.
The Approach
My approach is integrative , I combine Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Stoicism, and logotherapy with body awareness and mindfulness. We work with thoughts, search for meaning, and listen to the body.
Specifically, this means:
- We understand what blocks you , through cognitive analysis, we identify the automatic thoughts and irrational beliefs behind the problem;
- We search for meaning , through Stoic reflection and logotherapeutic questions, we reach the values and motivation behind the desire for change;
- We listen to the body , through body awareness and mindfulness, we recognize stress, tension, and emotions at the bodily level;
- We build new patterns , between sessions, you apply specific techniques and strategies in everyday life.
How the Process Works
I work entirely online , via a secure video connection. The process is structured:
Free Discovery Call (30 min.)
We get to know each other, discuss your situation, and assess whether my approach is right for you. No commitment.
Single Consultation (optional)
A 60-minute video consultation focused on one specific problem. An ideal first step if you’re not sure whether you want a full program. Price: €60.
Synergistic Protocol™ (12 weeks)
6 video sessions, chat support between them, full profiling, and a personalized plan for change. This is the main format for long-term work.
What to Expect
